First called instructor, blew me off and was very rude over he phone, and gave me another number to call advising to not wast his time. called other number and was very unprofessional. made a booking ...
First called instructor, blew me off and was very rude over he phone, and gave me another number to call advising to not wast his time. called other number and was very unprofessional. made a booking for the following week.
Turned up early for appointment, and was advised i did not have one, then was rudely round about on how it was all my fault by the instructor who just casually laughed in my face for turning up for an appoint meant I was booked in for.
-They don't book your lessons in or forget to
- rude instructor
Don't wast your time, very unprofessional, upon calling other number to see what happened, I was advised they never received a call at all on Monday. Then when I stated I have the call history and appointment times on my phone was told to bad sorry.
