the staff there are a wonderful bunch of people
they are very understanding and very supportive of the customer concerns and will try to approach every person as a "family member" not just a number.
i would also like to personally thank Tracy and Kaye for understanding my issues and attempting to assist me in any way they could and for that, i thank you so much
To kaye you are a wonderful person who has done so much for a lot of people and you should be very proud.
the driving instructors are also very understanding and even though when you grind the gears every so often they attempt to show you the correct procedures to ensure you are going in the right direction with your training and this is what you want from a training organization.
I would also like to thank Justin for all the training he provided and all the interesting tales we shared on our travels.
i wish all the people at the keen bros company the best in there endeavors.

I trained with keen brothers. I have just passed my HR test. Justin was my instructor and he was very helpful and encouraging! I would recommend them to anyone! 🚛😀

I finally obtained my HR licence through Keen Bros today. The instructors were spot on with their training via feedback and instructions and made the whole thing easier through direct communication along with the odd praise for achieving some objectives. Anyone who bags this mob is only doing so because they can't follow simple instructions from the driving instructors. The office staff were also helpful and professional. Highly recommended.

Keen bros driver training in Maddington
My experience with Keen Bros was an excellent one. They are all a great bunch of people and extremely good at what they do. The staff in the office are always friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The instructors to were always friendly and highly informative, their teaching methods are simple to understand which allowed me a better understanding of truck driving.
Thank you all for such a great experience I will highly recommended Kenn Bros for anyone looking to get truck drivers license .

I would thoroughly recommend Keen Bros in Maddington to anyone, from the first phone call to completion of my HR roadranger license. When I went to Keen Bros I had no idea of trucks and they explained all about the different types and took me for a walk around the yard to explain all the sizes and gear boxes. The instructors where more than helpful no question was ever a stupid question to ask made me feel confident and comfortable. If you are wanting professionalism and to be taught correctly definately go to Keen Bros . Once again Keen Bros thank you for making me feel welcome.

Keen Bros Maddington has been operating as a Truck Driving School for many years. It is a family run business with wonderful owners and exceptional trainers, assessors and office staff. Many people that i know have gone to Keen Bros to obtain their licence. For me it was an awesome experience. From the very first contact via the phone, the office staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Then came time for my lessons and i felt relaxed and comfortable with my insructor. I learned not only to drive a HR vehicle but also the ins and outs of all thats required to keep your vehicle in good working order. I cant thank everyone enough at Keen Bros for helping me to achieve my licence. I left there feeling so confident and proud. So to all of you at Keen Bros, keep up the great work. I will be recommending you to everyone i meet on my travels. Thank you!

I came in shaky and nervous as it was all completely new to me and left feeling very confident in my ability to drive a truck. Thank you again for your time and patience as it was appreciated.
Thank you also to the office staff. Very friendly and helpful!
Definitely worth recommending to others.

Tracy in office is lair I booked HR truck with 8 speed but on my test day they provided me 12 gear speed truck when I question them she said this was only available and charged me $360 doll...
Tracy in office is lair I booked HR truck with 8 speed but on my test day they provided me 12 gear speed truck when I question them she said this was only available and charged me $360 dollars for 3 hours and I returned truck back in one hour. Wayne instructer is very rude and he very argumentive.they should go for customers service course.50 years behind then America . remember one thing no customers no jobs.

they are very understanding and very supportive of the customer concerns and will try to approach every person as a "family member" not just a number.

I finally obtained my HR licence through Keen Bros today. The instructors were spot on with their training via feedback and instructions and made the whole thing easier through direct communication along with the odd praise for achieving some objectives. My experience with Keen Bros was an excellent one. They are all a great bunch of people and extremely good at what they do. The staff in the office are always friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The instructors to were always friendly and highly informative, their teaching methods are simple to understand which allowed me a better understanding of truck driving.
