Terrible instructor. EXTREMELY AGGRESSIVE and short temper. Puts alot of pressure on the child. If your child has anxiety or something of the sort do not use this service. Mark has very little patience and criticises in a very aggressive manor. Refuses to explain things in depth and constantly tells the student to "read the book".
After failing my second test i was marked down for fixating on the left wing mirror while reverse parking. When going through the test he told me i should know this. but i had never been told by him to look anywhere else other than that mirror. He has a tendency to raise his voice when i made a mistake. When in a place i hadnt been before he would tell me that "we've been here a hundred times and you still dont know to be in 2nd around this bend" but in actuality it was the first time there.
Mark just seems to show a lack of empathy. a short temper and an extremely lazy teaching style. alot of the time he would be texting or writing in his diary etc.
But by far the worst thing is, is he refuses to take responsibility for his failings as a teacher and mentor. He is so confident in his abilities he refuses to believe he hasnt taught properly.
When switching schools i was taught completely differently. My instructor referred to the teachings as "lazy". Mark is definitely not a good teacher and i would not recommend him for anyone. please reconsider

Saw many positive feedbacks on google that this is a good driving school and decided to take it. But my first driving experience was completely trash after I took lessons with Mark - the only instructor in this school also the owner (Dont be fool with the fact that it states ''experience drivers'' on the website)
PEOPLE!!! If you come here because of the promotion $50/70mins. Do not trust it!! He only shows you that only in your first couple of lessons and the rest he finishes the lesson within 50mins.
I came here from Vietnam to study and I have never had actual road experience in Australia, while learning, he does not show any support or sympathy, rather he sometimes speak very loud for any mistakes I made and I paid him to receive this kind of service. Whenever I make mistake for the first time, he acts as I knew already and starting shouting at me. However, this is not the reason I stop learning with him

Every time I practice parking with him, I've never told to do so besides looking at the mirror on the left, and every time I did well, he went ''Perfect!!''. I told him after the test that I haven been told to look around. He said dont blame him. He said: ''BUT IT IS COMMON SENSE!!!''.
WHO THE HELL ON EARTH CAN BE THAT IRRESPONSIBLE??? Is that my responsibility to do things that I have no idea about, and the person who teach me is not responsible for telling me if I forgot or did not follow procedures????
I dont know about those positive feedback, maybe Im the unlucky one? Or maybe he doesnt like me, somehow, idk.
Again, PEOPLE, GO BACK!! find someone who is more responsible than him.

Mark was the perfect instructor! Was very patient whilst being a very good teacher. Recommend him highly, you'll be sure to pass first go if Marks your teacher!

Mark was so patient with me which helped me relax and learn quicker than i thought that i could. Previous instructors always seemed to make me nervous and then i would make mistakes.
I cant talk highly enough about Mark and the cars.

Mark was the best. I tried three other driving schools before I found him. He was really patient with me, especially when I got a bit stressed out about reversing. Would highly recommend him!!

After failing my second test i was marked down for fixating on the left wing mirror while reverse parking.
