I had my HR test non -synchro which in simple terms is the split shift double clutch, basically bloody hard. The instructor BEN MAXWELL is absolutely amazing. I've never driven that type of truck before I'm used to the more easier 6 speed HR. Ben could identify areas of weakness instantly, he could read Body language very well and had set expectations and guidelines on how to achieve my test MIBS ( mirrors, indictate brake, rev then shift etc).
I was also late quite late in all honesty and he remained very professional and went on with the job at hand. In addition, his methods are actually very effective any average person can adapt and learn from the way that he explains and assists you. Overall I'm suprised about the end result and I couldn't have asked for anything better.
Lastly, we drove all day until he felt confident that I was ready and it took a lot of patience from his behalf which I appreciate because I was ready to throw the towel in myself but he was patient and had more belief in me than I did myself

The best truck driving school ever, my trainer named Roger was very friendly and helpful to me. I did my medium rigid and I'm impressed by the care and attention to get the job done. They helped me a lot to obtain my license through theory and practical as well. I would recommend everyone to get you license though them and I will see you guys again for MC license. Thanks again.

Had a issue where my previous employer paid for my course but wouldn`t release my certificate when i resigned. I wasn`t happy at all, as it is my training. Jodi the manager went out of her way to track me down and call me and get this issue resolved. Its currently in the process which im sure now will be a great out come and i should receive my certificates i worked for. Thank you

I thought it was not to bad need more operating time,to be able to get experience on each machine.ok if someone already has the experience on a certain machine,same with certificate 4 in warehousing that was average,no communication between people doing the course and the people behind the office chair organising it,the course is to rushed .

Needs more practical training, instead of just teaching you how to operate the machines. More 'job ready' training. Apart from that I found the guys at cranbourne to be pretty friendly and helpful if you had a question. For someone who had never been near them before, the course was pretty helpful, but I feel it lacked that 'practical job ready' training.

Was not impressed when I did this course few years ago, I had excavator ticket for 20 years and they made me sit there for three days and watch and listen to instructor talking about this machine. When I wAs ask if I had problem I told them I have my ticket and can they bring another machine over that I don't have my ticket for they said no. Then every time I go in machine they ask me get out give another person ago, like instructor said you have your confidence give someone else a turn, stood around for two playing with my thumb :( Waite of money and tim e learnt nothing !

What an awesome company. The staff are helpful, and helped me save money on my truck licence! I have done White Card, HR, Forklift, RSA, and RSF through COVE, and will return again to do combined plant. The trainers are excellent, spending time fine-tuning my "bad habits" and turning me into a confidant, competent machine operator. They WANTED me to pass and I felt supported and encouraged the whole way. One on one Truck training, guys - sensational. No hidden costs here, and when I went back the second time, my Forklift Trainer remembered my name! I have sent another 5 friends there for training since, and they are all as happy as I am with the service and quality. Keep up the great work!!

I had my HR test non -synchro which in simple terms is the split shift double clutch, basically bloody hard. The instructor BEN MAXWELL is absolutely amazing. I've never driven that type of truck before I'm used to the more easier 6 speed HR.
