I just completed my medium ridged licence with Peter the trainer and tester. He was very professional yet personable and a great trainer. He trained me to pass the tests but also made a point to address simple things not to overlook, which will help me be more safe and effective on the roads. I did my HR here over 3 years ago now, my instructor Nicki was amazing, she made me feel very comfortable and as though I was just driving alongside a friend which made me feel super confident when doing the test. A year later I came back to complete my HC with the same instructor but she wasn’t available on the day so I was trained by a man, he made me extremely uncomfortable to the point I stormed out of the truck frustrated and in tears, his attitude quickly changed so I climbed back in and proceeded to pass my HC test. Although the second time around wasn’t so pleasant I would still highly recommend this business and have done so to many people since. Read Less
