Highly recommend this, had a great time. Did the 16 lap 2-car + hotlap... if you're looking to be sliding sideways through lose gravel at 180kmph on your first go then you'll be disappointed like some of these other reviewers who think they're already pros, but if you want to learn the basics, get a feel for the cars, rip around a track and have a fantastic day out to get your first proper taste of rally driving then this won't let you down. Instructors were nice, friendly and helpful. Great as a birthday gift for blokes as I might not have done this for myself. I've always wanted to drive a rally car and this experience was an excellent way of doing it in a very fun and safe way. The instructors were great and I learnt a fair bit in a short time. Finally, the hot lap showed me how much more potential the cars have when driven by experienced rally drivers. I highly recommend it for anyone wanting a taste of rallying. Read Less

I had a half day experience and loved it. Cars were well setup and the instructors gave good advice and guidance to increase your speed and enjoyment of the track. Ignore the previous reviews saying they were stuck in 3rd gear, 3rd gear is plenty fast enough and I was getting into 4th in some areas of the track. If you are a bad driver they will keep the speed down but if you have any skill you will get the speed up and have plenty of fun sliding the car around. Read Less

Was an enjoyable day for the whole family especially my partner who received this gift as a b'day pressy last yr. Just a little disappointed that the in car video recording which we were told had audio to it, actually didn't.. hopefully we will experience this adrenaline rush again soon.. thank you for a great experience. It should be renamed Dirt-driving-for-dummies School. You don't get to do any "rally driving" as such but just drive as clean as possible because they're too scared of damaging their cars. I can understand that, as the tracks are quite tricky for a beginner, they're lined with potential hazards on the sides, and for some people it's tricky enough just to do that. The instructors are nice but quite pedantic about keeping it clean and steady all the time. Basically we can say the tracks are not suitable for beginners, so they don't allow you to experiment and push your limits. That's fine, but then don't trick people into thinking they'll be doing any rally driving at all, other than the hot laps! The hot laps are good, but just do those and go elsewhere if you're serious about a full rally driving experience behind the wheel and not just a course on clean driving on dirt roads. I don't totally regret doing it as a first time experience, but wouldn't do it again. Read Less

The staff here are really nice and want you to enjoy yourself but... Paid $300 for 2 sessions that last about 10mins each. First session was great. I had the instructor with a slight slur (I didn't notice but he mentioned to me) - absolute legend and nice guy. Try get him. He judged my competency and let me slide the car and have fun. After that, I told my wife I'd like to do the full day course and possibly move from track days to rallying as a hobby. Cut to next session driving Subaru. Guy was angry before the car moved. Had to introduce myself to him to break the ice. Absolutely no sliding, no gear changing. I drove every lap in 3rd gear (way out of power band) in a straight line slower than I'd drive my RWD daily car. Guy even yelled at me for making the same mistake 3 laps in a row when I was simply following the line the first guy showed me when we were sliding. WTF who is going to learn anything in 10mins anyway. The point of the day is to get exposure and enjoy it so you come back to progress to more serious training. Because of that instructor, I left feeling ripped off. So glad I didn't pay $50 to watch me drive around slowly. The staff are so nice but prob have no idea how hit and miss their instructors are. Totally disappointed. Went to Werribee (VIC) excited and ready for a great day out but couldn't be more unimpressed by the events that unfolded. Before I got to do my paid laps, they have a sales pitch designed to convince you into paying a "reduced' fee for another 2 laps + a hot lap - I took it but really wish I hadn't. Not only did I not get my hot laps, I also couldn't get them refunded when I found out they short changed me as I had already signed the form before being allowed to get into the car ! After talking with the owner he assured me that they would refund but reneged after a month and disputed my claim. There's no useful information at all provided in the briefing except for a huge emphasis on "crash our cars and we will make you pay!". The driving instructor I had pretended that I'd done my 8 laps until I confronted him before we left. The right thing to do would have been to acknowledge the mistake and fix it - at the very least you wouldn't charge for services not provided! Instead the owner accused me of acting irresponsibly because I had skidded to a stop even though there was no damage whatsoever to anyone or anything. Him and his wife Esther then debited my card $50.. honesty is not high on the list for this operator and the condition of the cars and track is evidence of this.Read Less
