Jeff is a completely unprofessional and aggressive instructor who cannot control his temper or inappropriate behavior. During my lessons, he constantly engaged in road rage, swearing, and yelling at other drivers, even over minor mistakes, completely unacceptable for a learning environment. I know others who also had terrible experiences with Jeff, due to his aggression. Lessons with him feel like walking on eggshells, always fearing his next angry fit. Before my driving test, I asked Jeff to show me the car's controls, but he refused until five minutes before the test. When I expressed stress as my test time had begun, he became nasty, slammed the door and marched off, leaving me in tears before my test. His behaviour left me so upset I couldn’t complete the test, and he dismissively told me to "lick my wounds." His constant criticism and swearing only made things worse. I strongly advise against wasting your money on this man. His attitude makes him unfit to work with students, especially those who are learning to drive. Read Less
