Absolutely dishonest people to get trained with. Firstly, i am a qualified australian commercial pilot and currently hold MR license(clean history-no demerit points or infringements ever) so i have been through many assessments in my life.Hence, i thought it was necessary for me to write a review about this training facility in Moonah.Stay far far away from this money making disgraceful institute.The training manager thinks he has got 40 years experience but i am not sure why he doesnt have an assessment outcome for every individual passing for failing???...Please do some research before approaching them because there are other great training facilities doing an exceptional job in making you succeed.They wouldnt see your race or any other sort of background in assessing you.Good luck!! I'm very upset, after requesting and having my training course dates changed at the Launceston centre, I was advised that I wasn't in fact booked in as indicated. Nor did I receive a confirmation email as promised for either the first or rescheduled course dates. It would have been extremely embarrassing to turn up to the rescheduled course only to be told I was not booked to be there. I requested a refund out of frustration and was advised they could not simply refund my card but would have to be refunded to my account which will take another week before I can access the funds to go with another provider who offers this couse. Very Disappointing! Read Less

Absolutely dishonest people to get trained with. I'm very upset, after requesting and having my training course dates changed at the Launceston centre, I was advised that I wasn't in fact booked in as indicated. Nor did I receive a confirmation email as promised for either the first or rescheduled course dates.
