My partner had a lesson with VIP today, never checked to see if she even had a drivers licence, never inspected the car (used our own vehicle), proceeded to comment on the fact it doesn’t have power windows, then proceeded to try and say that you don’t need to change down through the gears when slowing down. Will be going elsewhere in the future, somewhere that has the ability to support someone learning to drive, not just expecting them to be able to drive! Read Less

I went there for driving lessons before I got my Ps and the male driver instructor told me that I did not have to change down gears in order to stop ( he tapped my hand if I tried to go down from 4th all the way to first in order to slow down and stop) and that I can sit at traffic lights in neutral. This in which would send me flying if someone hit me from behind. This guy had abouslty no idea what he was on about I never went back after those lessons Read Less

They passed me on my L2 test but my first driving lesson with them was pretty bad. There was next to no instruction and the instructor got mad at me when I made a wrong turn. I then booked some driving lessons with someone else in the business and she is doing a good job. My mum later received a rude phone call from the receptionist stating that I had missed driving lessons when I hadn't. Apparently they had mixed me up with someone else who was actually missing lessons. Never the less, it was a very rude phone call and I am not impressed. I would recommend trying to find a different company to work with - it's not worth your hard earned money.Read Less

my son in law went for his L2s recently, I am disgusted to hear the instructor said his vehicle was disgusting and then proceeded to ask for something to put on the seat to sit on. WTF????? If this is their attitude why not keep those car seat covers that mechanics use in their office if the instructor is so 'disgusted' by the state of someone elses vehicle? I mean $65 for one hour, he used his own car, own fuel, he was not paying for comments on his vehicle he was paying for someone to pass him on his L2s. She stated he was an impeccable driver and made the ride very smooth, then turns around and fails him, for apparently not stopping at a give way sign (ummm sorry but aren't you mean to do this, before just blindly pulling out into possible on coming traffic?????) and not looking enough? My son in law has been driving for 3 years, no wonder he doesn't want to bother with it. Well, I'm DISGUSTED at her attitude. If this is how they deal with clients, I won't be having my son in law go back there again. Read Less
