Unprofessional and unmotivated staff. On Arrival of my first session with this training centre I was not greeted by staff especially by my allocated instructor who just walked in the door past me without a kind introduction or hello but instead went outside straight for a smoke waiting for the client to introduce themselves instead. As training commenced to do my course the instructor was constantly lighting a cigarette blowing smoke around me outside the truck and on training site while trying to give me instruction, which caused me to lose concentration and they were constantly rudely yelling at me for my errors without polite assertiveness causing me to fluster which resulted in further error. At the end of the training day it was a quiet anti-social drive back to the depot, where the instructor just wanted to take his money and leave with no proper handshakes. Would not recommend this learning environment. Felt very unsatisfied with the learning outcome especially with the money spent. Felt unwelcome. Read Less
