I was not happy with them at all. I really don't have time to explain how was that in details. But, in overall they have a nice strategy for themselves!! They are looking at customer situation and if they realise you can afford more money to pay them, they will fail you with no doubt!! (They keep asking what is your job, are you getting paid good?, is this your own house? or if you rented how much is the rent!, what is you car,...). And the way of failing is well organised! If they see your driving is good and you are confident, they will start to kill your confidence first and picking on unnecessary stuff like type of your hand or angle of your foot!!!! They are making you confused about something and later on the exam they asking exactly that one and then making you confused again and failing you!!!! I should mention that I'm driving for 15 years and during this period I never had accident or any fine. The other point is that they don't respect people, and that is fair enough because they see every person as a $ sign not human. Firstly, I am a well educated, accountable and well paid individual (unlike you obviously). Living overseas for several years didn't warrant me to drive. My comments (if you read them again) are accurate and that of someone with constructive feedback, not someone with a personal grudge. There is no offensive or sarcasm in my comments. They are not directed at the company- they are directed at YOU and your lack of professionalism during a driving lesson for a beginner. If you are stating the words "crap" then that justifies my comments above. I have several texts (from your phone) to state you were running 10 mins late, I have a photo of when you rocked up and also of the time I was dropped off (6 minutes exact). You denied me 15 mins of an hour yet accepted my full cash payment. There was no apology for being late, no personal introduction, constantly looking at your mobile phone...but I guess that is all crap too. Oh, and read the personal reviews from various people over the past few years, various sources...same story...but guess they are all "crap" too.
