On Monday I called them to book lesson. We decided to make lesson on Wednesday, discussed time, everything was ok. On Wednesday no one came on time, when I called about it, operator said that I booked...
On Monday I called them to book lesson. We decided to make lesson on Wednesday, discussed time, everything was ok. On Wednesday no one came on time, when I called about it, operator said that I booked lesson on the next week and they moved it on Friday. Than I found record of my first call and have heard that I booked definitely on this Wednesday, not on the next week. I called back and cancel my booking.

On Monday I called them to book lesson. We decided to make lesson on Wednesday, discussed time, everything was ok. On Wednesday no one came on time, when I called about it, operator said that I booked lesson on the next week and they moved it on Friday.
