I had a really good instructor who was personable, knowledgeable and straight forward with all that was expected. He allowed me to learn with positive reinforcement and offered suggestions when necessary. The forklift course was full on but totally manageable.

If your looking for the best course and forklift trainer on the coast then go here. Am a NZ kiwi, did my hi-risk ticket for forklift with these guys, did not regret it. I fully endorse Coast Wide, they are a top outfit, like the other guy said, no BS, no mucking around, and i learnt a lot that has stuck with me even now. 10/10 Coast wide.

Fair dinkum and no bull. Gave me an indication of how many hours it would take to be fit for the test. Took me through a learning pace that I thought was challenging at that time. Looking back it was the right way to go and not a second wasted.
Having talked to others about HR schools on the coast I can also tell you what they DON'T do:
-They don't drive you around on your time to get to the training ground. The first training was 5 minutes away from the school and the second training was me driving 100% of the time.
-They don't ask you to buy training hours in 2 hour blocks. My training was per hour for the first 5 lessons and after that 1.5 hours because I wanted it that way.
-They don't ask you to spend more time than necessary. After the 6th lesson they started testing me as if I am doing the driving test. After that it was just making sure that I don't make any mistakes and fail the test.
As a summary I felt in the right hands and learned everything I needed to pass the test in the minimum amount of time. Hope this helps.

I had a really good instructor who was personable, knowledgeable and straight forward with all that was expected. He allowed me to learn with positive reinforcement and offered suggestions when necessary. The forklift course was full on but totally manageable.
