Just got HR licence today. Of course I was happy with the outcome but the process of training was the most exciting part!
The admin staff have efficient communication and booking procedures and were friendly to deal with.
Mac (Michelle MacDonald) was my trainer and you can tell its not just a job for her... its her passion! Its evident that She really cares about people. She is very gifted in genuine encouragement with successes while at the same time constructively correcting bad driving habits and errors. Its noticable there is something special about her character and integrity.
Thanks so much for a great experience to Shift Training and to Mac. I would reccomend to anyone.

Great communication from the booking to the test. Brett is an excellent trainer, patient and humorous, which helped me relax. I am now a safer driver both in my car and in a truck. The Shift team help...
Great communication from the booking to the test. Brett is an excellent trainer, patient and humorous, which helped me relax. I am now a safer driver both in my car and in a truck. The Shift team helped with finance avenues as was in between jobs and with a bit of help from Stu, who showed me what I was doing wrong and helped me correct it. With some excellent training skills of his own and a wealth of experience, I passed my HR test. I would highly recommend Shift Training to anyone upgrading their licence and will definitely be back to upgrade to HC.

Great experience all round with this company.
From the moment the enquiry was made there was great communication and understanding of what was required.
The training delivered by Stu was excellent. As a trainer he is well experienced and very calm and easy to talk to while still safety conscious when out driving around.
When it came to assessment time, I was very relaxed and confident that I would pass, which is what occurred.
Will recommend this business to others in the future.

I went through shift training for my Multi combination I found them fantastic the instructor Graeme explained things that made sense Kellie and Stu are amazing and friendly all the information I required was there I highly recommend shift to anyone who is looking to get their MR license to MC I had trouble reversing but after a few hours I was able to reverse the b double down a drive way from the road and there pricing is more than competitive with all the other training companies 10 out 10 thank you all for a great experience:from Glenn

My husband passed his HR test today, excellent service from Kellie taking the initial booking right through to completing the one day course wth Stuart and passing the driving test. We would certainly recommend Shift Training to anyone wanting to complete their truck licence. Thanks guys!!

Very well organised, professional and friendly through out the company. Would highly recommended them to anyone looking to get a heavy vehicle license. Calm, patient instructors make training fun. Great experience all round.

I don't write many reviews as I am quite the critic, however every now and then a top service comes along and is worthy.of a few nice words. I obtained my M.R license first go at shift training. My Instructor/owner could not of been more pleasant and educational on the day. Very calm and professional trainers. An excellent and comfortable experience all round. Thank you Stu for a great day......will be back for the H.R and who knows after building up experience and confidence maybe the M.C.....Excellent work 5 stars.....

Just got HR licence today. Of course I was happy with the outcome but the process of training was the most exciting part!
The admin staff have efficient communication and booking procedures and were friendly to deal with.

Great communication from the booking to the test. Brett is an excellent trainer, patient and humorous, which helped me relax. I am now a safer driver both in my car and in a truck. Great experience all round with this company.
From the moment the enquiry was made there was great communication and understanding of what was required.
The training delivered by Stu was excellent. As a trainer he is well experienced and very calm and easy to talk to while still safety conscious when out driving around.
When it came to assessment time, I was very relaxed and confident that I would pass, which is what occurred.
