Currently witnessed this vehicle with the instructor on his phone. There was a trainee in the car at the time and having no direction from the instructor. I called the number for this business to see if there was a manager or someone to inform. I somehow got put through to the very instructor I witnessed on his phone. This is ILLEGAL for the instructor to be on his phone whilst instructing. Speaking with him I informed him that it was illegal and he said that he was aware of this and still clearly continues to answer his phone. Do not use this instructor as I myself a driving instructor would not accept that standard. Read Less
