I have completed my Motorcycle course with your firm in the Langley location. This experience was very bad and disappointing for me.
I would like to share my horrible/nightmare experience with you
Melissa was my first initial contact when i signed up for the courses and she was simply amazing. Awesome customer service provided and she explained everything to me in details and followed up with the me via email and my schedule. I was extremely happy with her service. July 12th and July 14th were in class training with Tyler in Langley. He was also very helpful. Answered everyone questions, and did not make me feel stupid for asking dumb questions, as i have never drove a motorbike before. Melissa and Tyler did a job well done.
Then i came back to meet Joe on July 16th. From the moment i stepped into the parking lot, i sensed that this isn't going to be an experience i was hoping for. I totally understand that we are students and we should give our full attention to our teacher. So keeping that in mind.. ill explain more.... From day 1 of training in parking lot. I told him i have never driven a bike and to be a bit patient. It was like as it ticked him off that i was a rookie. I don't think he realizes that the reason why I join the program is to learn to drive. Through the whole weekend, he was extremely rude, mean, lack of customer service or teaching skills and kept yelling that i was not understanding what he was saying. It was clear that his communication skills need a bit of touch up, as even other riders continued to roll their eyes every time he spoke. He would tell me to practice my friction zone with the clutch, but did not even once explained what the friction is, and when i wasn't getting it right. He would seem so disappointed and start saying things like " this ain't going to cut it, your just not getting the concept". Its obvious i am not getting the concept, its only been 3 hours into the first time i have never driven a bike and he has not even once shown hands on training. I started getting nervous even asking him any more questions because he will cause a scene in front of others, stare at me like i just asked the dumbest questions he has ever heard. I started asking my fellow classmates instead of asking him. Day 2, did not go any well. Same rudeness and arrogant tone from him. He would order me to do something without really explaining how to do it. If i ask a question, his answer will be " that is not gonna cut it, your going to fail. What did i mention before? Did you not hear me earlier?". There were times i just felt like leaving and even brought it up that i need to go. He then threatened that i would fail or have to repeat the whole course.
Day 3 and 4 out in traffic, Being first time in traffic and driving a bike changing gears was already very intimidating, he was not making it any easier. Kept yelling and saying i am not keeping up and i am not looking at signs.
I can go on and on and on about Joe and his lack of ability to do his job. But Valley driving school.,How does a firm as your size, have an employee that is so rude. I understand we are students, but we are also customers who paid more than $700.
One bad employee ruined the experience..
